havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 lol of course it comes down to Tapia.
Masterbather Verified Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 That it ended with Tapia is just so f***ing poetic 🤣
BlueJays Verified Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 Tapia ending our season. It just fit perfectly lmao
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 Utterly embarrassing. Utter choke
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 Ait well, see you guys next year. I liked Schneider but he cost us this game, in my mind. It was a stupid decision, but a major League bullpen should be able to get 10 outs with a 7 run lead.
5ToolPhenom Verified Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 this team just doesn't have the "it" factor. No real star quality, not enough balance, inexperience, bad management ETC
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 f*** man, brutal loss. That hurt.
BuckHenry Verified Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 What a f***ing humiliating loss .
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 Team has so much talent but to many weaknesses. It’s going to be long off-season.
jaysfaithful8 Verified Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 Screw the ump, Schneider for pulling Gausman, and Atkins for not addressing a clear need with a relief pitcher who can get a K.
Jaysfan1977 Verified Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 Time to bring automatic strikezone machines
jaysguy44 Old-Timey Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 Lmao, honestly thought this would hurt more. Whatever
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 Interesting offseason ahead...
goldbug103 Verified Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 The season comes down to Tapia. LOL Let’s face it, the Jays are just not that good. Especially with a 1st baseman who struggles to hit balls past the infield. It’s a very bad profile for a 1st baseman to hit 80p ground balls. Can we try S Horowitz or A Berger at 1st next year and trade Groundbollo for multiple pitching pieces ?
5ToolPhenom Verified Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 All and all, historic performance from the Mariners... One of those games M's fans and baseball fans will remember for the rest of their lives.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 SEA proved Spanky is a f***ing idiot. Time to slurp some more Bo juice in the offseason Spanky...maybe he can break Springer's arm next time
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 Thank god I can get a full refund on my SNNOW subscription and also thank god, I didn't spend 600 bucks to go watch that live.
jaysthebest Verified Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 What a poverty franchise. Fire John and every other front office.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 This team was too cocky with nothing to back it up
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 Hey Shatkins... tell me more about the upgrades regarding the Florida facility. You f***ing ****s have spent 6/7 years here and wtf have you done? Atkins must go and Shapiro should start feeling some heat now.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 8-1 with 10 outs to go and the pen couldn't finish it. Thats the season lost on a trash pen
Horses Fart Old-Timey Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 Good thing we’re not all in a club drinking together because it would be fist fight after fist fight. Lots of anger in here right now. Lol. Hats off to Seattle I guess, they didn’t give up like we would and kept chipping away and got the results they wanted. Gonna be a interesting offseason me tinks.
BuckHenry Verified Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 Biggio should have been batting for Tapia there
Pinkfloid Verified Member Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 this team just doesn't have the "it" factor. No real star quality, not enough balance, inexperience, bad management ETC Totally agree. They just don't have that magic. Lots of needs to be addressed this off season. Move Bo to second base and get a real shortstop, trade a catcher, upgrade a corner outfielder, get an established manager and the biggest of all is to upgrade the bullpen. In the long run losing this way while it hurts right now, could help turn the tide of this franchise in a positive way. Seattle is going to put up a fight against Houston for sure.
Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
