I still think back to that game against the Indians were Montoyo let some scrub pitcher (name's slipping my mind) to walk something like 4 straight batters in the last inning to lose the game.

 

As it turned out, Montoyo threw the game to prove a point to the pitcher after a prior conflict between the 2. And if Jays miss the playoffs by 1 game, that can be one of the games highlighted... Was the worst in-game managerial performance that I have ever witnessed in my 30 years of watching baseball.
