Effit Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Good lord, what a slaughter.
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 42 runs in the past three games. Edit: Make that 44 runs.
Governator Community Moderator Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 42 runs in the past three games. 33 in 7 innings... like what the f***
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 safe to put in Thornton now After 2 more from Matz.
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 24 to 4 buck said, he must be loaded already.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Why is Vlad still playing? Give him a breather Well he isnt playing the field, I assume McGuire or Kirk will hit for him next time up
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Puke at that lineup. The brutal bottom lineup, Jansen, Valera, Lamb....crazy our bench pretty weak Why not DH Kirk to make the lineup deeper? Can't say I'm a big fan of neither Kirk or Springer being in the lineup. At least both will be available to pinch hit later in the game if needed. Hmmmm
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 This is like all the pent up rage of making the last three games miserable for the Jays being unleashed
infinitebook Verified Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Why did they change that anyways? stop teams like the yankees from spamming relief pitchers
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Author Posted September 12, 2021 Valera's been making so many of the outs in these bat-around innings, lol.
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Hmmmm Not sure your point? We scored 23 runs but that is one of the worst bottom 3 we had all year, would you want that lineup for the wild card game
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Jack Morris school of pitching with a big lead
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 I'm just about speechless at this thrashing. Gurriel is on some kind of rampage.
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Author Posted September 12, 2021 Don't they have some garbage reliever they can just throw out there for the rest of the game so Matz stops ruining his ERA? lmao
Effit Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 The O’s not having much fun with our offense but they’re enjoying our pitching.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Also Teo sneakily ties Vladdy in RBIs.
rydermike Verified Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Lead off homer. Might need to pull matz and go Cimber-Richsrds-Mayza-Romano to protect the 17 run lead. (obviously I'm joking)
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 460 feet on that Gurriel bomb.
Governator Community Moderator Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Not sure your point? We scored 23 runs but that is one of the worst bottom 3 we had all year, would you want that lineup for the wild card game This is the day after a double header against the worst team in the league and about to face the Rays tomorrow
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Mercy rule? Holy f***
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Hmmmm Crazy to me that people are still complaining about Lamb. He only has a .375 OBP .812 OPS in a Blue Jays uniform. And has looked good at Third. Apparently you suck unless you get a hit every time you go to the plate.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Lead off homer. Might need to pull matz and go Cimber-Richsrds-Mayza-Romano to protect the 17 run lead. (obviously I'm joking) Don't joke. It wouldn't shock me to see that
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 This is the day after a double header against the worst team in the league and about to face the Rays tomorrow I getvthsr just saying ugly bottom 3. That's it lol
Governator Community Moderator Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 I getvthsr just saying ugly bottom 3. That's it lol You compared this game to a wild card game
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Probably only 6 from Matz. Thornton pitches 7th and 8th Merryweather pitches 9th Might send them both out after the game. 2 fresh relievers for Tampa. Most importantly your top 4 will be fresh.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 This is the day after a double header against the worst team in the league and about to face the Rays tomorrow Yeah this was the best time/game to throw out a lineup like this, and it obviously worked out
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Would like to see him streched out to 110 pitches tonight. Whatever gets him into the 7th. No reason to. Give Merryweather one and Thornton two.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 lol Sportsnet still showing Bichette coming up 2nd next inning.
Effit Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 The Jays in 30 folks will earn their pay condensing this one.
