Vlads ground out was 110.1 MPH. Hardest ball by anyone in the game. Thats a positive sign

And now a walk. No Ks tonight is a good sign

He had some powerful swings as well. If he plays tomorrow I think his bad will be sped up facing Ohtani which may help as well

Not really. The bad version of Guerrero = hitting blistering groundballs all the time.

He's just mentioning the hard contact, he's been rolling over a lot of poorly hit balls during this slump. I see it as a positive.

Okay, but it's not a positive. He was an elite exit velocity guy last year and he was a replacement level player.

He will always hit the ball hard. When he is playing poorly his launch angles will be off.

In the second half so far his LD% is only 7.6%. It was over 21% in the first half.

Interestingly, his GB% is not up. Groundballs were the problem in 2020 and 2019 but so far in the second half his nemesis is lazy pop ups and flyballs.

So ironically enough at the end of the post you basically contradict your opening lol. Well done
