Then Blair asks Barker (knowing the answer), do you believe every major (baseball) decision is made solely by Ross Atkins? Barker: Absolutely not...I've met Mark before (giggles).......have you met Mark (sheepishly)? Blair does not answer and quickly changes topics. So, that shows two 2 things, Mark rules with an iron fist, and he exerts a lot of control over baseball decisions. Therefore Rogers needs to cut the head off the snake.
