Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 sloppy play today, team looks like they're in mid-season form
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 Uhh, that was a catch. What the the f***ing world was the ump thinking not calling that an out? Yeah that's definitely something that gets reviewed if its a real game
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 Once again nobody has the courage to wear 69. COWARDS! Tommy Milone walking around like
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 Uhh, that was a catch. What the the f***ing world was the ump thinking not calling that an out? So I did see it that way, umps in mid-season form.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 So I did see it that way, umps in mid-season form. It was in his glove for at least 3 seconds, and he obviously had control of it before casually dropping it during transfer. Also, even with that strikeout, Martin has a pretty swing.

Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 These announcers ragging on Gurriel for the umpire being a colossal tool. Good job, guys.
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 Oh that was a cookie Vlad!!! [insert gazillion fat jokes]
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 Looks as though the Birds are using Chatwood as a one inning reliever, or grooming him that way.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 Martin has a 70 tool fighting the sun stance.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 I thought they said 7 innings, isn't it over now?
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 I thought they said 7 innings, isn't it over now? 7 and a half, whatever that means, apparently they could go 9.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 7 and a half, whatever that means, apparently they could go 9. Oh so like into the 8th I guess
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 Oh yeah, that was Groshans with the sexy SF Ribeye.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 I have to say, the Pirates announcers are f***ing garbage.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 Looks as though the Birds are using Chatwood as a one inning reliever, or grooming him that way. That was mentioned weeks ago, after the signing.
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 That was mentioned weeks ago, after the signing. Yes, and I likely doubted it back then as I see him useful as multi-inning reliever or piggy-back. Hence my comment, Jim. Here, I'll leave the link... https://www.bluejaysmessageboard.com/threads/9545-BLUE-JAYS-SIGN-Tyler-Chatwood

And, now I was watching live so dunno for sure, it looks like the runner was tossed out at home. Annoying play all around.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 13, 2021 Posted March 13, 2021 Honestly the best part of that play was the bomb Gurriel proceeded to toss into the infield when he realized the ball was still being ruled live.
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted March 13, 2021 Posted March 13, 2021 Cole Tucker's girlfriend. Yep... Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens broke up almost a decade ago and lost contact with each other. The pair is neither friends nor are they enemies, but they are cordial with one another. After five years together, the High School Musical co-stars called it quits and broke many hearts worldwide.Aug. 9, 2020

Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted March 13, 2021 Posted March 13, 2021 It's brutal They sound like they're announcing a golf tournament Nah... you guys are hearing ST calls, they talk more about their club, logically. Concerning MLB/MILB and personnel, it always happens.
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted March 13, 2021 Posted March 13, 2021 You'll see when we do it, Same s***...

Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted March 13, 2021 Posted March 13, 2021 It's brutal They sound like they're announcing a golf tournament Also seemed like they were only vaguely aware of what baseball is, or that a baseball match was happening somewhere nearby...
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted March 13, 2021 Posted March 13, 2021 Also seemed like they were only vaguely aware of what baseball is, or that a baseball match was happening somewhere nearby... Nah, they're generally great, during an MLB game, you guys just forget it's ST.
