It's purely sim. Literally a game of watching names and numbers, you're basically acting as a GM/President of a team. Ridiculously in-depth, it has just about every player in the world including amateur guys.

 

You can "play" games but basically just as the manager.

Just ended up grabbing a digital copy yesterday. First time buying the game in so long and it's pretty damn good. Hate the ratings of some players though (Vlad being a 74...)

They’ll likely update Vladdy’s rating soon. In the old versions I downloaded roster updates posted by community and there’s some decent ones.

I'm sure they will update his stats. I've been playing RTTS. There's soo much to do in this game, it's overwhelming at times. The last show I played was 12.

Ya I usually like to wait a month or so before buying games so the rosters/ratings and all bugs could get worked out. I was just so desperate to see the Jays score, I had to see in the game lol.

 

I've been playing Franchise Mode so far. I played RTTS for '19 so assuming this year's version would be the same. Anything else worth investing in?

I hear Diamond Dynasty is fun. I had to watch a few YouTube videos to figure out how it works lol. I guess in this game, the player you create can be carried over to different game types.

I'm very confused about the online play. People keep quitting games before it ends and I see 0 change in my overall rating. Plus I can't seem to find any overall leaderboard for online play? Online play for regular teams seems to have 0 value.

 

Also, where the hell is Austin Martin? Seems like the only Jays prospect that's not in the game.
