Am hearing George Springer's MRI reaffirmed that he's progressing well from his Grade 2 oblique strain, but the thinking is that he's unlikely for opening day at this point. Still, #BlueJays will make a last-minute decision before placing him on IL

I would prefer just the best overall pitchers since we already have a lefty already in the pen.

So we can hope for June as the earliest return back to Toronto for the Jays. Everyone in the US will probably be vaccinated by then but who knows with the pace we're moving at currently.

Canada's border ban runs until July 1st, that's the earliest time they can return. I wouldn't get my hopes up, they'll move to Buffalo in June.

Didn't they just make an exception for the NHL by lowering the quarantine period from 14 days to 7 days for anyone crossing the border because of the Trade Deadline?

 

I'd think certain areas could be granted exceptions but it will all depend on where we are in society by that time. Really want things to go back to normal so I can proceed to be hated in society rather than this board lol.
