From what I’ve seen, the concussion was suggested using a lot of the same weasel words used to give people the impression that her skull was fractured, when in fact it wasn’t. If she had been diagnosed with a concussion, that would have likely been stated unequivocally.

So we basically know nothing as an acute head injury covers a wide spectrum, and until the medical report is released we won't know the extent of any injuries. We won't find this information out unless this goes to court. Stating it was a concussion or wasn't a concussion is probably just adding your own bias' in.

This is correct but I wouldn't exactly agree with the bolded part. It's certainly reasonable to have zero stance re: the concussion and fracture narratives, but I tend to agree with BTS. I think it's a reasonable inference at this point, and not the application of bias, to say that she probably did not suffer a skull fracture and did not receive clear diagnosis of a concussion. If either injury was true her declaration would be stating that as fact and her lawyer would be unequivocal about it.

We’re not going to provide Bauer’s accuser’s medical records here because we won’t breach his accuser’s privacy, but suffice to say they are not exculpatory, but Bauer’s reps knew this. They’re intelligent people, and they know that most people who review the records they provide won’t change their minds about what occurred. They were sending a message, not to Bauer’s accuser but to others who might come forward. We already know that the investigation into Bauer’s conduct has gone farther than authorities expected. Bauer’s camp wants potential future accusers who might come forward to know that their privacy isn’t safe, that their medical records and private information also might be released to the media. We talk about why victims and survivors of domestic abuse don’t come forward. This is a good example of why.
