Playoff lead down to 4 games. Another loss tonight and a win by Seattle then it’s at 3. People need to stop talking about the postseason.

 

I'm old enough to remember 1987. This will not be a repeat. I give my Charles Barkley "Guarantee" on that.

This team is absolutely brilliant. Our winning percentage was much too high to land a decent draft pick. Lose just enough games to get us back into a decent draft range and squeak into the playoffs. Charlie knows exactly what he is doing to appease his leaders.

It's not time to panic about the playoffs yet. We are up 4 with only 10 games left, that's a pretty significant lead. Our magic number is down all the way to 7.

 

The Jays are playing like absolute dog s*** but the Mariners are not a good team.

the mariners are also playing the Padres, we still have 3 with the orioles in our pocket. Also this Phillies series should go a bit better than today's first game, Efflin is a good pitcher.

Yeah the Mariners schedule is probably slightly harder than ours.

The Orioles have a very good offense right now and have been getting some decent starts. If we don’t have excellent pitching, we will be in trouble. They are not pushovers anymore.

The Orioles are f***ing 7 games under .500, about to be 8. They have nothing, the suck.
