Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 Shoemaker's going to get himself ejected if he hurts the poor sensitive umpire's fee fees any more...
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 Holy f*** Charlie, stick up for your pitcher man?!
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 Shoemaker's going to get himself ejected if he hurts the poor sensitive umpire's fee fees any more... f***ing umpires. Seriously, suck it up, you f***ing princesses.
M.E. Verified Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 I can’t believe Charlie got ejected standing up for one of his guys. So unlike him.
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 Carrapazza's a goof! Isn't he the same Ump that has an anti-Jays bias? Where his wife was bragging on Twitter about him tossing Bautista.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 That pitch by Shoemaker probably wasn’t a strike but considering how awful and big the strike zone was it wasn’t consistent for Shoemaker. Biggio had pitches called on him that were at his shoulders.
Slade Old-Timey Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 There we go Vlad, back in it boys!
Ex Player Verified Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 LOL....did Vladdie hit a car??
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 f***ing umpires seek confrontation, this has no place in the game. f***ing losers.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 Way to stick up for your pitcher Vlad. He had some anger behind that swing.
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 I can’t believe Charlie got ejected standing up for one of his guys. So unlike him. Shoe got kicked out, but at least he took charlie with him.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 Isn't he the same Ump that has an anti-Jays bias? Where his wife was bragging on Twitter about him tossing Bautista. Yes, he's led the league for three straight years in ejections also. Umpshow!

Biggio had pitches called him that were at his shoulders. It wasn't a strike, but it was called a strike twice in Grichuk's at bat. Pretty much the exact same location. Carapazza is one of the worst umps out there so not surprised. If you know any ump by name, that's usually a bad sign.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 Time for robo umps. It's been time for roboumps for like a decade
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 It's been time for roboumps for like a decade A static strike zone will probably increase offense too which is good for baseball.

Now we probably have to see a s*** pitcher in a tie game because Montoyo used all of our good relievers in Game 1.
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 Kevin Cash is so f***ing annoying with his bullpen, it's Anthony Alford at the plate don't need the right handed specialist for him

Think of how much the game would change for catchers as well. They no longer have to worry about framing. They can just catch the ball and doesn’t matter how they catch it or box it up because it has no barring effect. Would see a completely different approach. It could change the running game because catchers could just catch pitches standing up.
M.E. Verified Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 No way. Didn’t know he had it in him. aA
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 I can’t believe Charlie got ejected standing up for one of his guys. So unlike him. He should've done it before the break, you can see Shoemaker was steaming, he's such a moron. Holy Alford, lol.
Slade Old-Timey Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 f*** Yeah Alford! And not a solo shot!
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 Kevin Cash is so f***ing annoying with his bullpen, it's Anthony Alford at the plate don't need the right handed specialist for him Well, he can suck on that.
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 At a boy Anthony.....come on guys we gotta get this one now.
Ex Player Verified Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 That should keep Alford on the team for a while. I'm happy for him
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 Alford going deep is a shocking development to say the least.
