Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Donaldson not on the roster for the Twins. He is on the taxi squad though
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Does Gibby even want to manage again?? I'm sure he would if it was the right situation.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 I'm sure he would if it was the right situation. Pretty much for sure the Astros considered him for this past year and he probably wouldn't have been interested in that Boston I just don't know...
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Does Gibby even want to manage again?? Yes, lol. He interviewed for the job G-Snarls, and he says he wants back in any capacity.
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Donaldson not on the roster for the Twins. He is on the taxi squad though f***ed up his calf again, brutal.
Slade Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Does Gibby even want to manage again?? Pretty sure he didn't want to retire, just kind of forced into it over getting canned.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 f***ed up his calf again, brutal. Goddammit That sucks
BTS Community Moderator Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Anyone else watching the Reds/Braves game today? Would love to see the Reds come out of the NL.
Laika Community Moderator Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Anyone else watching the Reds/Braves game today? Would love to see the Reds come out of the NL. Reds are the ultimate dark horse and I would love to see Joey Votto and Trevor Bauer win... but I am hesitant to go all-in mentally because I think their pitching is overrated based on results and their opponents this year. Central pitchers were very lucky - lots of s***** offenses.
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 1, 2020 Posted October 1, 2020 Josh Naylor really looks completely different, wow man, good job kid.
connorp Old-Timey Member Posted October 1, 2020 Posted October 1, 2020 Josh Naylor really looks completely different, wow man, good job kid. He had a .550 OPS in fairly regular ABs with Cleveland lol Good eye scouting though

connorp Old-Timey Member Posted October 1, 2020 Posted October 1, 2020 I assume he's referring to his lost weight, connorpee. It should be noted that the weight loss didn’t help him then. For all the Vlad haters

Laika Community Moderator Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 Kershaw is approaching a full MLB season worth of postseason starts. Kind of nutty? He might be young enough to get to like #2 all time in the category.

Pettite has 19 post season wins. That's pretty impressive. 11 losses. 44 games. And Verlander is 14-11 in 31 games Not sure how to tell if a few were relief appearances and not starts
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 (edited) Pettite has 19 post season wins. That's pretty impressive. And Verlander is 14-11 I mean yeah it helps being on the juggernaut Yankees from the beginning of your career. He wasn't exactly postseason Strasburg, just needed to not suck and could rack up those wins. Edited October 2, 2020 by Orgfiller

Playing on a team that makes the playoffs really often

Kershaw has a great chance of being #1 in playoff K's though. Could even happen this year. Rank. Player 1. Justin Verlander 205 187.2 IP 2. John Smoltz 199 209.0 IP 3.
