Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 That sucks. I mean I know I want the Astros to win, but seeing Scherzer vs Cole is a treat. It's that kind of thing that makes this match up so enticing. Completely agree (and I too am pulling for the Astros as they are my 9 year olds fav team)
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 Nice job by Ross, all things considered.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 Not even a bad pitch to Alvarez there...
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 Not even a bad pitch to Alvarez there... He's so strong.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 Welp... Rekt! Ross had Correa struck out, too. Umps suxxxxxxxxx
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 Welp... Rekt! Ross had Correa struck out, too. Umps suxxxxxxxxx He appears to have actually called Ross almost perfectly. He's giving Cole a few pitches off the corners to the left-handed batters box.
Beans Verified Member Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 I'm calling it right now: Expos win Tuesday behind Strasburg and then Wednesday they'll pitch Scherzer, Sanchez, and Corbin to win it in game 7.
TheHurl Site Manager Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 Most annoying thing and the reason the Nats are going to lose is stupid people calling them the Expos
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 outside of game 1 this has been a pretty boring series imo
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 What in the f*** is this strikezone. One batter its a strike, next batter it isn’t.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 outside of game 1 this has been a pretty boring series imo Game 2 was pretty good until Verlander came out and the score got out of hand. Game 3 was pretty close too with Nats having guys on base every inning.
HealthDream007 Verified Member Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 That's something as a fan you can shrug off in the regular season. Not in the World Series when you have a chance to get right back in it.
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 Lol apparently two girls behind the plate flashed earlier, if anyone saw.

Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 Lol. Can't imagine that will be up long. I wonder what kind of list I get put on for viewing it?
Carlos Danger Old-Timey Member Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 Kinda funny (in an entertaining way) seeing Big Papi and A Rod going back and forth.
FrozenRopes Verified Member Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 Shouldn't have boo'd the President. Bunch of DC elitists. Karma. Oh, and the Astros were always going to win this series.
BTS Community Moderator Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 God bless the great people of Washington
BTS Community Moderator Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 Lol apparently two girls behind the plate flashed earlier, if anyone saw. One of them posted a letter from MLB banning them from all MLB parks for life.

Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 That's awesome. I love how one girl was fully committed, while the other wasn't so sure about this decision...
