Then next time google it and simply post the answer instead of acting like a jerk

Bad news for TV networks. Ratings are worst ever: https://www.thewrap.com/world-series-game-2-tv-ratings/

Fox narrowly avoided setting the wrong kind of record for Game 1 of the 2019 World Series between the Washington Nationals and Houston Astros. The network wasn’t as lucky for Game 2.

Wednesday night’s game, in which the Nationals soundly won 12-3 to take a 2-0 lead, drew 11.93 million viewers, the smallest audience ever for a Game 2. That was down 3% from the previous record set in 2012 (12.34 million), when the San Francisco Giants swept away the Detroit Tigers to win their second title in three years. Fox avoided the same distinction for Game 1 on Tuesday by just 3,000 viewers

I really want the Nats/expos to win however game 3 will be the tell tale. If the Astros take game 3 they are right back in it and momentum can shift on a dime. Cole and Verlander can/will come back with a vengeance.

I'm still really interested to see if Cole will ever pitch on short rest...

Well, that's why they got Grienke, he best step up tonight. ;)

Yeah, Smith would have been the guy imo. If you get Harris warm there, you probably want to be 100% sure you're bringing him in. Bringing a guy with an injured knee into a critical situation like that has trouble written all over it.

You fellas are micro-managing, Ryan Pressly is elite, s*** happens... :P

Enormous pressure on him. A must win game on the road.

It must have been hard to let Keuchel walk. Were his demands crazy? Wanted way too many years?

Yeah, I think it was term, in hindsight he should've taken the QO obviously.

Pressly is good when he's healthy. If this was the regular season, he'd be on the DL.

How are you privy to this, lol... he pitched in September? Springer and Altuve's baserunning blunders in those two games, or a couple timely hits with RISP the games are different, as I said, s*** happens, bro.

Did you not see him in his previous appearance? He could barely get off the field.

Meh, that's laying it on thick, it's not like it's that majestic arm... :P

Rendon was awful tonight with runners on base. 3 times he popped up on the first pitch.

Or he could've jacked one of them three pitches? I'll take Rendon's approach over said armchair observer all day! Same goes for your RP decision depiction.

Please stop, or post prior to said situation. If not, it's f***ing weak, bud.

Jeez by that logic, why not just swing at every pitch? You could hit a homer every time right.

Also what the f*** is this thread even for? Are we not allowed to talk about the things that happened in the game and look at the reasons a team won or lost? I’m not sure what your problem is.

I'm tired man. This should be suffice.

All I know is if you play the video game "MLB The Show", you will generally do better if you work the count to 2-1 or 3-2. I believe this is based off of statistical results of balls put in play on different counts. Anyone ?

Osuna had a pretty good outing in game 3 -he really challenged them with the heater and succeeded. I don't know what to think of this guy (seems obviously a wife-beater), BUT he deserves a chance to move past that especially since he is a pretty young guy.

However, I want the Washington Expos to win this series, and I hope they do it off of Osuna in the clinching game.
