No, I'm not usually this dumb. I've had the movie tickets for weeks and then when the call up was announced I bought a ticket to the game since I'd be able to watch at least some of it. Looking at it a little more rationally today, I know I shouldn't have bought it. I guess I'll either have to sell it or use it for whatever little bit of the game is left. Ugh, I'm an idiot, I know.

I'm actually seeing it both tonight and tomorrow, but I can't really get rid of tomorrow's tickets since I'm taking my mom. She obviously knows about my Blue Jays obsession and would understand if I did want to bail, but I wouldn't do that to her.

The Marvel hate is crazy to me. Imagine being a kid and someone telling you that there would be a series of dozens of connected comic book movies, and that almost all of them would be very well-made. The MCU is awesome.

And now that the X-Men (and Deadpool!) can be in the MCU it could get even cooler (as long as they don't cancel the X-Factor movie).

 

Also, too, Shazam is by far my favourite DC movie so far, see it. Yes, I enjoyed it even more than Wonder Woman, which was also excellent.
