Alex Dickerson was DFA'd by the Pads. He's had plenty of injury issues but he's only 29 and projects to be a better hitter ROS than everyone on our team but Vlad, Smoak and Grichuk.

Nobody's murdered FOR being straight, there are definitely people who have been murdered for being gay.

Rodgers has given up 8 ER in 2 relief innings for the Astros. He's taking one for the team.

So he turned down a 1 yr 17.9m deal, to sign a 3 year/43m deal but really 3/37 since it is prorated. So he's getting basically 2/17m deal for the next 2 years after. Looks like it wasn't worth holding out and being greedy now was it? Remember, he was 'supposedly' asking for 5/100 at the beginning of the offseason. Reminds me of the JB situation where that high asking price backfired.
