I can see a team taking Axford for a middle relief role. No sense keeping him around if you can move him anyway.

As for the Oh trade. I was honestly hoping for a bit more considering he has that option and isn't a pure rental. But the 2 guys we have are interesting at least. Spanberger has shown big time power albeit being old for the level still 70 raw power plays. And if he starts moving faster after this year he can catch up to his age group fast with that power.

Forrest Wall was a guy I was intrigued about when he was draft eligible. Apparently he was bad at second base but had the athleticism to play a decent CF. If he can get that bat going and continue show casing his speed and have potential position versatility as well. We may have something here.

Heres hoping we can send out all of these UFA reliever pitchers.

I should ban you for this.

My point is that he'd be a clear upgrade to the Cardinals bullpen. They would likely be willing to give up something.

I wonder what kind of prospect they'd give up if we were to eat Fowler and Holland's contracts? That would free up a lot of money for them.

Actually, we line up quite well with them. Send them Grandy as their 4th outfielder, Solarte to add backup with pop on the infield, and Tepera. We take Fowler and Holland's contracts off their hands, plus Alex Reyes :)

I kind of like this, when Wall's healthy, he's played very well.

There was power in his bat, not so sure after the shoulder injuries now.

Wall went deep last night in his first game with the Fisher Cats after switching clubhouses earlier in the day (also had 3 Ks and a BB).

Oh is coming in to make his Rockies debut right now

1 hit, 1 walk, 0 ER.

Pitching high FBs at Coors must not be good for blood pressure.

Wonder who’s ERA would look worst the end the season, Oh or Tepera.

Yeah. If Spanberger starts hitting in Dunedin he starts to look pretty interesting.

2 singles in his Lansing debut and caught looking at an ugly curveball.

Forrest Wall went 3/4 in his second game. A double, two singles, and a walk. 3 runs scored.

Looks good in a Rockies uniform.

He's wearing #18 - which in Korean is pronounced 'f***'. His jersey now says Oh f***.

+1 for creativity.

That's not quite true. 18 in Korean (English pronunciation is "ship-pal") has a similar pronunciation for their word that they use as the equivalent for f***... "shi-bal"

Still, that's 100% why he wears 18... it has to be. It's way too coincidental to be anything else. And it's still awesome.

Am Korean. Without going into too much details, people use both pronunciation and spelling, and both are technically correct.

As a Korean man myself, I can confirm that all of the above is true.

You're chinese, there's a difference you racist.

In my mind Boxy will always be an overweight Korean guy with glasses and a thick accent.
