Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 How long before they move Clemens up a level? He seems ready (#scoutingthenumbers)
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted April 20, 2018 Author Posted April 20, 2018 How long before they move Clemens up a level? He seems ready (#scoutingthenumbers) I doubt there's going to be much movement from the lower levels until closer to the all star breaks unless there's a truly exceptional case. If he's still embarassing the league after 100 PAs... maybe there's a move to be made. It's not like there's anyone in Dunedin at 1b they need to worry about really.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted April 20, 2018 Author Posted April 20, 2018 Yennsy Diaz has only allowed 4 hits in 17.1 innings.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 How often is VladJr being used as a DH instead of 3B I keep looking at his hitting stats but Havnt usually noticed where theyre playing him

Yeah, that was my point, he's not being blocked by anyone of note, and he's clearly too advanced for the league he's currently in. I doubt he's anything long term, but I'd like to see him challenged.
Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 How long before they move Clemens up a level? He seems ready (#scoutingthenumbers) Yeah he was basically ready to move up the second he was put into that level. 4 year college player who tore up the Big 12 as a senior. He's a total non-prospect though IMO. College senior who signed for peanuts after we drafted him and he's almost 24 now.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 10 GS at 3B vs 12 game appearances. OK good They should give him every change to stick at a real position for the time being
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 What pitching prospects should I be watching?
Grant77 Old-Timey Member Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 What pitching prospects should I be watching? Pearson, Zeuch, SRF, Diaz, Pardinho, Romano, and Borucki for a start.
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 Pearson, Zeuch, SRF, Diaz, Pardinho, Romano, and Borucki for a start. Pardinho's in rookie ball right? That season hasn't started yet? I came here to note that Diaz is unhittable, but apparently I'm too late.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 Pardinho's in rookie ball right? That season hasn't started yet? June. I'm guessing he'll start in the GCL.
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 What pitching prospects should I be watching? Zeuch earned great reviews in the AFL and seems to have continued that on to Dunedin to start the year. Could push his way on to the SP depth chart for next year.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 What pitching prospects should I be watching? Dennis Santana, Jorge Guzman, Adrian Houser
