I wonder what it would take to get Collin McHugh from the Astros. He's their #6 starter on the depth chart right now. I think he would be a perfect fit for our 5th starter position, and the 'Stros probably want to clear up some space to give Martes, Whitley, Paulino, and Cionel Perez a shot in the rotation. They're drowning in major league ready depth, it's unbelievable. If we can somehow either get Colin Moran or Tony Kemp too, that would be fantastic.

 

On a side note, the Astros are such an well run organization. Jeff Luhnow really has done an incredible job with that team.

50 days now until spring training starts and the blue jays have done nothing to improve this team.

No question. 'stro's are overloaded. Jays should be calling every day trying to pry some surplus assets off them. Osuna and Stroman would certainly be of interest to them - give them a shot at recurring WS titles. If the Jays decided to kickstart a rebuild, Tucker + Whitley ++ coming the other way would do it.

Just wanted to say Happy New Year to my BJMB buds. Hope everyone had a nice break.

Napoleon wasn't even short. He was actually average height for his time period.
