I didn't even know about it.

 

I think I might be able to create a google sheet to display farm info though, given what I've been learning creating the basic DFS sheet for people to build systems on. Remind me in a few days if I forget.

Apparently in the winter he was training with one of the innovators of the launch angle swing. The name is slipping my mind, but there was an interesting article about it in the SI MLB preview issue.

I missed what happened but Knebel is being helped off and can't but any weight on his left leg.

 

Edit - Finished a pitch and immediately went down clutching the back of his hamstring on his lead leg

Looks like he threw a pitch and his groin or hamstring barked on him. Went down immediately and was laying on the mound.

How/why are there only 9 games on a Friday?

 

I think a few teams had their home openers yesterday so today was a scheduled day off in case of a rainout

Danny Duffy can't find the strikezone at all. Also balked but the umps completely blew the call so he got away with it.

Sox prospect and potential callup in case Devers, HanRam or Moreland struggle or get injured won't be helping anytime soon--Michael Chavis popped 80 games for PEDs. It was a drug called Dehydrochlormethyltestosterone.

The Royals get runners on first and second with no outs and the lineup turning over, so what does Ned Yost decide to do? Of course, bunt the runners over and give an out away against Carlos Carrasco, who then gets out of the inning on a strikeout and a deep-enough flyball which would have scored a run and tied the game. Classic Royals baseball.
