gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 He literally just threw another 88 mph changeup. I'm not hating on Biagini at all, he's amazing, but you're blowing things way out of proportion. I just rewound and his change was 82, so was his slow curve. Whatever..
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 1 thing we know in the Stroman/Biagini debate....Stroman is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better in the field
TheHurl Site Manager Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Mods.. I urge you to scroll this GDT and determine on how a calm constructive thread was transformed into this BS. Cocky little f***ing know it all dinosaurs always seem to have to ruin a good thing, and it's usually the same old guys who start this s***. Then you'd think people would be used to it and ignore. Funny how easy that works. For every know-it-all there is ALWAYS a can't let it slide guy
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Are you arguing Stromans stuff when healthy? lol Uh i said he's good, but his curve is not 80, it's harder.
vdubmvp Old-Timey Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 lol at anyone blaming Biagini right now.
JaysAllMighty Old-Timey Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Yankees with their s***** lucky hits all night, we are doomed ffs
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 1 thing we know in the Stroman/Biagini debate....Stroman is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better in the field This is true.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 First off, it's not 80. Secondly, he can't control his curve so what's the point. His curve is 79-83 mph...he can definitely throwing 80...just pointing out that Stroman's speed differential is equivalent if your numbers are accurate
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 That entire sequence is entirely on Biagini to be honest. Missed the comebacker and then just had a mental meltdown and took too long to let go of it to first.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Uh i said he's good, but his curve is not 80, it's harder. I see, just walking in, so to speak.
StubbinHub Verified Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 It's far more fun wanting them to lose, so they blow this s***-bag team up and rebuild. Wasting more time with this turd team is useless.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 I have Gary busting my balls, but that's okay.
P2F Old-Timey Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Uh i said he's good, but his curve is not 80, it's harder.Why? Because you say so? http://www.fangraphs.com/statss.aspx?playerid=13431&position=P#pfxpitchvelocity

Missed the comebacker and then just had a mental meltdown and took too long to let go of it to first. I'd say this entire sequence is on the ******** hits the Yankees have continued to get in this game, including that misplayed comebacker to Biagini. Yes it is a pitcher's job to field his position as well, but I'm sure it's a tough play to make reflexively and then when you see that s*** hit the fan have the frame of mind to throw to the correct base.

The problem is he obviously doesn't have good command of it.
Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Just hit it over the fence and put this game out of its misery please
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Hah, now the ump has completely turned the corner to the other side. Lovely
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Hah, now the ump has completely turned the corner to the other side. Lovely started as soon as Girardi got tossed out. since then the zone has disappeared
