BJMB Daily Fantasy Sport Contest with Prizes! Season Two.

Hellooo my internet best friends. The DFS contest will be back for season two. Last year was fairly successful and we had a bunch of people participate and a few regulars who were in it every week!

 

For those of you who don't know what DFS are it is quite simple and addicting. You have a set amount of money to spend on players and you get points based on how your players perform. We use the Draft Kings platform (It's free to sign up and you don't need a credit card or anything to create a free account and it takes 2 mins.

 

Why should you participate? Excellent question.

How it works?

Every Sunday i will create a free game (last year the average size was about 10 people). You get points based on how you finish (or negative points if you eat a bunch of dicks). I'm hoping to have the games bigger this year (15 to 20) and whoever ends the year with the most points wins something. Last year Vdup won 75$ for her first place visit mostly because i was too lazy to mail a gift card.

 

I haven't decided what the prize will be this year but either cash, jays gift cards or Jays tickets or some combination of the three.

 

Since the opening Sunday will only have three games the first game will take place Monday April 3rd and then once a week Sunday for the rest of the season. If you miss a few weeks it's no big deal, and it only takes 5 mins to fill out a lineup (or more depending on the research you want to put into it)

 

Finalllyyyy.....if you played last year i will have your DK name and you will receive an invite! If you don't want to play 1. f*** you and 2. let me know so i don't spam you every Sunday. Also if you're new and want to play post your DK name and i'll add you to the list.

 

Post in the thread if you want to play this year so i can get a sense on how many spots to open up week 1.

No dumb questions! Every player who is on a roster on any team is generally available. You have a 50k budget and each player is assigned a salary.

When you sign up you put your e-mail in and when i send invites (the day before) you automatically get an e-mail with a link to select your team. So unless you go over 24 hours without checking your e-mail/looking at your phone it's hard to not remember.
