Zim has been off the past few starts though, he gave up I think 6ER against the Twins not too long ago so he has come back down to Earth a bit in the AL. Still an amazing pitcher but I feel his fastball is very hittable lately.

"On the bump... Jordan Zimmermann RHP

Zimmermann returned to the rotation with 5 2/3 quality innings against the White Sox after missing a week and a half with a right groin strain. He expects to pitch deeper into games than that, which he hopes this turn will help."

Yet, it takes Thanos. Hmmm...

When you hear every reporter, even guys like Rosenthal and Brunt commenting on the same issues I bring up, it's not like I'm noticing different things from anyone else..

Hell, Tabler on BC, a couple days ago, said "his sources in the organisation" felt Stroman needs to throw more high 4SM and less 2SM to help make his breaking balls more effective. That's stuff that BigCecil and myself have been going on about for weeks now. It's not some "out there" commentary like you make it seem when you quote my posts.

Nor 70% of this board... yet here you are, coach. Every single game.

Why do you care so much? I'm making observations and contributing to the board. Most of your posts consist of "Hghhnnnnnnhh" and crap like that.

Nice, you're lucky.

Thanks man, if you ever want to go PM me, a lot of the islands offer different things so depending on what you're into some are better than others. If you look for deals you can fly there and back from under $650 most of the time so it isn't too bad.

The beauty of it is though, we are 2 games above .500 and miles ahead of last season with JB and EE sporting a 123 and 107 wRC+ respectively.

That's why I keep telling people to wait. When we hit, which we will, we will eclipse last year. Last year we had no pitching until the deadline. This year we have pitching but the offence forgot how to hit. Not that they're not quality (unlike rotation last year) they FORGOT to hit

I see your point, the only unsettling thing is its 60 games or so in the season and I thought the rust would have fallen off by now.

There is at least 10 items in my office more useful to the blue jays than Ryan f***ing Goins.

He's redundant with the emergence of Barney.

When Tulo is back they can send him down but for who? Burns or Montero probably. I would have preferred they just kept Paredes and optioned Goins from the get go though. Burns might be useful as a UT player with interleague games coming up and Montero could be useful as a pinch hitter but outside of interleague I don't see either being able contribute much.
