Smoak often looks bad, raw power is what keep him around. He'll really tear into it at some point. He's not great but he has a pattern and a track record.

Smoak can't hit the breaking ball...at all....why they ever throw him a fastball is a mystery to me..

Pompey is a switch hitter and a defensively valuable player and a good base runner. Could probably provide more value than Smoakabello combined.
