If Donaldson cut the ball off in the outfield and Tulo stayed at second then the runners could be held at first and third. They should have tried a squeeze play in the 9th. But I've watched a decent amount of Blue Jays baseball all year and haven't seen a single one. Gibbons needs to be fired, you need to be able to manufacture runs in the playoffs. So you might as well start doing that in the regular season.
