I'd rather just sign Steve Pearce instead of Reddick. He'd come way cheaper and he'd probably out-WAR Reddick next year anyway. Let someone else give Reddick a 4 or 5 year deal IMO.

I wonder how active were going to be on the FA market vs the trade market. I mean the rotation and most of the pen is under contract for next year but we have holes if we don't resign any bats. If we don't resign Bautista I'd like to see Reddick and Moss come here through FA. I think Reddick in right and a platoon of Upton and Moss in left would be really nice. Really will be interesting to see how the trade market pans out this off season given this dry FA class

 

We're certainly going to need to add depth to the rotation. I'm not comfortable with Bolsinger and maybe Biagini as our only fallback options. We also need depth in the bullpen after Osuna and Grilli. Both of those probably have to be addressed via trade, at least in part.

 

As for hitters, we should have an awfully lot of money to spend so I'd prefer to save our trade chips unless we can get a guy like Puig on the cheap.

He's extremely undervalued, as evidenced by the paltry return that Tampa got for him at the deadline.

I don't think this means they didn't think he was good enough. It just means that they think that given the same amount of time, someone else might do better but not necessarily someone else coming in cold. I mean as you said, it's not like he didn't have successes.

I actually agree with this. He can play mainly at First Base and get some starts in LF. It's looking like we may have to eat the 8 million owed to Smoak. Unless we can find someone to take him... But who would want him.

I'm not native and the racism is towards me but yes there is a lot of that to and that's everywhere.

 

The chick it happened to was walking her kid and dog. Thank god the dog ended up scarring the dude off.

 

My buddy had a keg party on Sat and some random jumped the fence so they kicked him out. Next morning someone jacked the keg and all the beer that other people brought. They assumed it was him but didn't accuse. Next night their table and chairs were gone. My buddy looks over the fence and their sitting in the guys backyard. They call the cops and the cops tell them well go over there and get it yourself. Well he doesn't cause he doesn't want to start s***. The next night they hear someone in the backyard and the dude was trying to steal their lawnmower so he scares him off and calls the cops again. The cops said hold on and they never returned.

 

True story just happened in the last week. Cops should be all over that s*** and start arresting pricks like this.
