THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 In honor of Happ's start tonight, here's a cherry on top. http://www.fangraphs.com/blogs/j-a-happs-newest-fastball-secret/
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Did anyone listen to the guy complaining about Porcello's dirty cap last night on Jays Talk? Lol who are these people? Wasn't me who called in but I was asking about it when he pitched against us. It looks like s*** but if it's for luck I totally get it.

jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 I got two tix for the wildcard game.. Although I got one on the outfield (Section 243) I got two tix for the wildcard game as well (Sec 243) and one single for myself in (Sec 124)
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Geez World Series tickets are bloody expensive. $200 bones each in the 500 level.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Geez World Series tickets are bloody expensive. $200 bones each in the 500 level. lol not that expensive when you consider they would be at least 500 each on the secondary market.

I sat there last year for playoff games and they are pretty sweet. You just want to be there man. Don't worry about it. I've been told the tickermaster app on phone is way better than using a computer.
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 I could get a pair for the ALDS Game 1, Sec 114, Row 4. Good seats?
flafson Verified Member Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Where do you buy those tickets?
flafson Verified Member Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 What happens if you buy a ticket for a game and there is no game? For example if you buy for Wild Card and we win the division, what happens?

flafson Verified Member Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Your money gets donated to the Jays Care Foundation. Seriously?
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Seriously? You get your money back.
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Do WestJet seats sell well?
flafson Verified Member Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 You get your money back. Thanks. So just trying to get the system to find anything, right now it doesn't find anything, just keeps trying.
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 People are gonna hate But I'd go with Happ in the Wild Card game. He has been the most consistent and the most likely to get us a quality start. Estrada and Sanchez have been a bit inconsistent as of late.
SweetSmellingChacin Verified Member Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 So, through Aug/Sept in 13.2 innings, Cecil has only allowed 3 ERs with 19 SOs.

Rusty_Savage Verified Member Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Ticketmaster!! Fire Brooks Jacoby! And the whole coaching staffs
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 I got a pair and a single for the AL Wildcard Game. Other games I got tickets for: ALDS #1, #3, ALCS #1, WS #1,6,7. Hopefully the Jays don't get screwed over again for times in the ALDS and ALCS if they make it that far. Otherwise, if there is another game to go to, I'll just buy a single ticket off StubHub or wait if the Jays release any before game time.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Pretty much nothing left anymore. Just singles and obstructed view seats. And a bunch of seats for ALCS home game #4 which likely doesn't happen.
DickeyJohnsonWang Verified Member Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 I got non-alcohol 521 rows 7-8 for ALCS home game 3 for like $140 each. If they do get that far the secondary market price will be much higher than that so I'm happy with it. Will just drink after if they win!

Yeah not being able to drink overpriced beer isn't exactly the worst thing to happen.
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 So, through Aug/Sept in 13.2 innings, Cecil has only allowed 3 ERs with 19 SOs. I don't think Cecil is trusted anymore this year with any high leverage spots. We really don't have a LHP Reliever
