o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 I like them or any of the NL teams. I do hope the Astros make it out of the AL if the Jays don't make it. All of the NL teams are very good and very exciting. "IF" the jays don't find a genie in their booster juice bottle... I'll be looking for a cubs v astros WS.
BTS Community Moderator Posted October 11, 2015 Author Posted October 11, 2015 Astros with a 3-1 lead
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 Astros with a 3-1 lead f*** yeah!
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 Colby Rasmus just hit the roof in Houston. Wow!!
Mozzer Verified Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 strange seeing Colby play so well, but would love for him to have a big day tomorrow followed by a Jays win. 8pm start time Wednesday would mean I don't have to sell my tix.
ComeTogether Verified Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 No easy teams in playoffs.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 If the Royals get eliminated it'll lessen the sting of a Jays elimination. I hate them more than the Yanks.
Followthelight Verified Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Yeah I cannot stand the Royals they have some legit douche bags on that team.
nextyear Verified Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Astros - Royals; something to fill in time before the real game starts at 4 pm. Perez makes it 2 - 0 for KC.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Correa is really good, 21 and making history. I hope he can stay at short for 10 years or more
BTS Community Moderator Posted October 12, 2015 Author Posted October 12, 2015 Hopefully Houston can hang on here. A win today would set them up to have Keuchel go 2, maybe 3 times in the ALCS.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 This houston team is so good, they have a legit chance to win it all
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 This houston team is so good, they have a legit chance to win it all They'd be way higher rated if not for that awful swoon late in the season. Agree that they are pretty scary in a short, tense series (if not just in general).
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 someone on the astros is gonna get him
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 I admittedly haven't followed this series at all. Is there a reason Gordon is batting 8th?
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 I admittedly haven't followed this series at all. Is there a reason Gordon is batting 8th? Ned Yost
jays_fever Old-Timey Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 I admittedly haven't followed this series at all. Is there a reason Gordon is batting 8th? Yes. Yost is pretty stupid.
spittin Verified Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 I admittedly haven't followed this series at all. Is there a reason Gordon is batting 8th? Terrible manager, makes gibbons look like Steven Hawkins.
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Ned Yost Yes. Yost is pretty stupid. But... has he given a rationale for it? I'm well aware of his ********. Terrible manager, makes gibbons look like Steven Hawkins. Who?
Grant77 Old-Timey Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 I admittedly haven't followed this series at all. Is there a reason Gordon is batting 8th? Yes. Ned Yost is a fool.
glory Old-Timey Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 I admittedly haven't followed this series at all. Is there a reason Gordon is batting 8th? Because the Royals win with Escobar leading off. That was Ned's actual reasoning, I believe.
Dr Negative Verified Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 It is bizarre, Gordon should probably be batting 1st.
jays_fever Old-Timey Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Because the Royals win with Escobar leading off. That was Ned's actual reasoning, I believe. He said something like that lol, as hard as it is to believe. Something magical just happens when a fast minority bats at the top of the lineup
spittin Verified Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 But... has he given a rationale for it? I'm well aware of his ********. Who? Stephen.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Why do infielders block the bases? Dumb
