Ryan McBroom with his first jack. Angel Perdomo had 5 punch outs over 3 innings in his full season debut.

I wonder if Shap/Atkins told him him that he didn't break camp because they couldn't count on him for a strikeout in any situations? And now he's on a mission to prove that he can. I mean, seeing the transformation with Sanchez has started to make me consider things like that.

Schlereth was a former top prospect I think.

Seeing Giolito tomorrow. will try to get as good video as I can

This has to be the weakest prospect crop in Lansing we've had in a long time. The lineup today is..

Wow. That is ugly...a far cry from the old days and the Lansing 3.

With Alford out, the only players worth watching down here are McBroom and Conner Greene. The bottom of their lineup is horrible. Heading over to the complex tomorrow to watch an extended spring game...hope Vlady is in the lineup.

Urena, Jansen, Robson, Borucki

Cardona? Even DJ Davis? Tim Mayza LHP who can touch 97?

Thats on top of Greene, McBroom and Alford (who you listed).

Chavez taught him a new grip on his RHP slider in spring which seems to be working out for him

I forgot Urena . Not excited about Jansen, D.J., Robson. Maysa and Cardona may prove interesting to watch. I only have 2 more weeks down here and would like to see another Borucki outing...he got hit hard the 1st time he pitched. Do you go to the games in Dunedin?

Ryan McBroom is a very old for his level 1B/DH only guy, Jansen is a guy that is often injured but when he plays puts up pretty awesome K to BB numbers at age appropriate numbers and has power potential. I don't see how you can be excited about the former and not the latter.

And Objectively he has more potential than Richard "2.5% BB" Urena. THe only intriguing thing about Urena is those 15 homeruns in Lansing, but that appears to be an extreme HR/FB% thing, he hasn't demonstrated power anywhere else and the doubles rate don't show much.

I've been to a few over the years, but not regularly, no.

You fall for small sample sizes too easily, good buddy.

I don't know about transformation, we'll see where his release point is at tonight with a more intimidating line up.

Benches just cleared in the Fisher Cats game. KC Hobson lowered his shoulder and leveled the catcher on a not so close play at the plate lol

Reid-Foley's stuff is great. Just needs command.

What's up with Ceciliani? Didn't play yesterday and again not today.

Guessing that with Pompey back someone needs to sit. Brown and Lake are the other 2 OF's?

Watched Vlad Jr in an extended spring game yesterday. Played 3rd and made a nice play on a slow roller before throwing wide to first...popped up both times at bat. Kang was playing for Pittsburg on a rehab assignment.

According to Sal Fasano, Loup has started pitching and should be in an extended spring game soon.

Haha awesome, hopefully no lengthy suspensions for anyone important though.

Looks like milb.Com did away with the scoreboard by team thing they had last year where you could see all the scores for any teams affiliates on 1 page.

Too bad, that's was very useful
