TJ Zeuch so far: 5IP, 5H, 2BB, 1ER, 0K, 68 pitches,

Yeah, you read that right. 0 strikeouts in 5 innings. It's baffling to the point where it's kind of impressive.

Atkins seems really high on him. There are some high groudball and low K guys like Soroka and Keller that have found success in today's homerun heavy game so I think there's a chance that Zeuch could be useful.

I wouldn't. He's only made a handful of starts there. Let him get in 10 starts or so, then move him up to AA when the weather improves (assuming he continues to dominate).

Yea I don’t see any reason to make him pitch in New Hampshire in April. Just start the year in Dunedin and be will find himself in Double-A by June. Which would be a crazy in itself for him to move that quickly.

Joey Murray so far: 7IP, 3H, 2ER, 2BB, 8K

The guy is in his first full season of pro ball and carving up AA hitters. His K-rate across each level this season is nuts. Striking out 11.1 per 9.

Not in the Top 30. Maybe Top 50

Strongly disagree. I think Taylor goes in the top 30 for sure, Gonzalez a bit lower due to proximity, or lack thereof.

It's not that egregious or anything, he could be anywhere from 25 to 35, I think Gonzalez makes a big climb.

Is there confidence in Conine being apart of the future? Guy has solid power and is having a pretty good year, but doesn't seem to be talked about much this year.

My belief in Conine vs. the belief others have in his likelihood to be a part of the future is quite a ways apart.

Unclear. you don't expect him to maintain a 36% K rate in combination with a high BABIP, which is making his season look better than it has been. The walks are encouraging though.

Right now, he's basically our version of DJ Peters.

A 22 year old in A ball who strikes out as much as he does isn't going to generate much interest, despite the power.

Zeuch and Kay getting called up.

Jonathan Davis, Richard Urena, and Anthony Alford too.

And Elvis Luciano at some point next week as well.

Guys with his strikeout numbers rarely hit the ball often enough at higher levels to make a difference.

Is there any hope that he will improve the K numbers but keep the power? or its low probability that he would get better from here?

I would like to see Alford get playing time before I see McKinney anymore. Its just me but as far as I am concerned I have seen enough of Mckinney. At least Alford can be a potential 4th OF

Low. Remember. He's a 22 year old in A-ball. As he gets to higher classes of ball the pitching will also improve.

He's a better version of JB Woodman, with actual legit in-game power. I don't see him as future piece in this organization. He's trade fodder as far as I'm concerned.

A good approach to these kind of questions is to find out if there has ever been a player like player x, who eventually became a good major league player.

Has there ever been a player that struck out as much as Conine in the minors and made the majors and succeeded?? Has there even ever been a player that struck out as much as Conine??

As of right now the jays have or will have by the end of the week seven players who can play the outfielder.

Don't need to call up any outfielders and really both of them didn't play well enough

to earn that right. But time will tell.
