admin Site Manager Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Since tickets are now on sale, I thought it would be a good idea to start a ticket exchange thread. It seems there are guys here with tickets to sell, and guys here looking for tickets. Post here if you're looking or buying. If you end up selling/buying tickets, edit your post so people know. I am looking for 2-4 tickets. I am hope to fly in to catch a couple games. PM if you're selling. Anyone else selling or looking to buy, post away! Would be nice if we could keep tickets within board members and help each other out. If you want to offer at face value, or higher, that is up to you. Please know your local laws if selling above face.
Molitor Verified Member Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 I am looking for at least one ticket and ideally 2-4. I have two healthy kidneys available if it comes to that.
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Better off seeing the Jays play on the road rather than pay the prices to watch home games.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 It would probably be more or just as expensive
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 I don't think flying to Houston would be cheaper than seeing it in Toronto lol.

SAAviour Verified Member Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 All these playoff posts are making me nervous as f***! Still got over a month of season to go....

o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Flights are actually cheaper for me to go to Houston lol. I'm just glad I live in a building with fiber lines now, so I can always see the game. Last time the jays were in the WS I had a satellite dish and we had a freak snow storm during the game. First I was going out every inning to clean snow off the dish and then it was snowing so hard there was no signal with a clean dish. Had to have my mom tell me what was going on over the phone for 2 innings at $1.50 a minute. lol ah, the glory days...

I've been missing alot of games this year due to work and i'm worried I might have to miss a couple playoff games too... 'Tis life.
Jonzo Verified Member Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 I'll have Level 100 Outfield tickets, I'll let you guys know what I'll have for sale.
Laika Community Moderator Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Good idea. I'll probably be in the market for single tickets or a pair of tickets to specific games, if anybody buys a full playoff strip and wants to make some $$ back by selling tickets to a couple of the games. Can PM me maybe.
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 I'll be buying a full playoff strip and possibly looking to sell.
Governator Community Moderator Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 I'd be in for buying single game tickets up to 20% above face value assuming I can't get any myself. If you're looking for top dollar don't bother messaging me though.

Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Question for anyone who might know... If I buy a whole playoff strip, but choose the payment schedule, are the last 2-3 payments canceled if the Jays don't advance?
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Question for anyone who might know... If I buy a whole playoff strip, but choose the payment schedule, are the last 2-3 payments canceled if the Jays don't advance? Pickoff22 has already spoken to his ticket manager and said you'd get re-imbursed for whatever remaining games don't get played, don't know if that helps.
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 That's good to know, cause I don't want to be on the hook for like $2500 of tickets that don't even exist, and then only have that money applied to my Flex pack next year... I emailed my account manager the same question so I'll post the response here too.
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Wow, that was fast, he wrote me back already. The October 12 and 24 payments will be canceled if the Jays do not advance. Very good to know!
Laika Community Moderator Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Wow, that was fast, he wrote me back already. The October 12 and 24 payments will be canceled if the Jays do not advance. Very good to know! What price level are you going for?
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 What price level are you going for? My flex pack is 200 lvl LF, first row, so I plan on buying the same if possible. I love the seats. P4 - 200 LEVEL OUTFIELD 2 seats - $3,760.00 Down payment - $500.00 Sep 28 - $753.33 Oct 12 - $1,253.33 Oct 24 - $1,253.33
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 I will probably sell a pair of tickets to one game each for ALCS and WS (if they make it that far) to defray my costs, but I'll be going to the whole ALDS if applicable.
Pulk_Pull Verified Member Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 I'm going to be trying to nab some single game tickets come the end of Sept. No playoff priority is just the price you have to pay for the Fan Pass.
admin Site Manager Posted September 1, 2015 Author Posted September 1, 2015 Can you only buy as many as you've had? ie 2 flex pack = 2 playoff tickets?
bronson44 Verified Member Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Can you only buy as many as you've had? ie 2 flex pack = 2 playoff tickets? You should be able to buy 4 tickets with 2 flex packs: "Flex Pack Subscribers will be given an opportunity to purchase up to 2 seats during an exclusive online sale through your online Account Manager, based on availability"
