8:08 into the movie....its an ESPN broadcast that is just heard in the background

 

"Tonight on ESPN, the 5th game of the World Series live from Tokyo. Be there as the Tokyo Samurai's go for a 4th and decisive victory over the Toronto Blue Jays...." the audio fades after the announcer says "Blue Jays".

 

This is in the year 2084.

Best part was that the Cubs played the Marlins on the 30th anniversary of the release of the movie.
