The only way I see Rogers increasing payroll enough to afford Price would be if the team either made or won the World Series. A couple of home dates won't change their mind.

sure it would. 3-5 million TV viewers a night in the playoffs is an insane amount of TV revenue not to mention all of the other stuff.
