Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Excellent job Price...*golf claps*
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 did he even step on the bag?
Followthelight Verified Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 He was safe I think. EDIT: Oh maybe not.
glory Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 119 pitches, four run lead. Take him out. Bring Lowe in to get that blown save out of his head.
Followthelight Verified Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Damn rogers centre is rocking, excitement is building.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 I gotta' stop grinning like an idiot.
EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Was close but no way they would reverse it
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Did buck say Blue Jays win it 5-1?
Governator Community Moderator Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 119 pitches, four run lead. Take him out. Bring Lowe in to get that blown save out of his head. He averages 110 pitches / game. 9 extras is not going to kill him and he's on a 2 month rental in arguably our most important game of the season thus far.
bowld Verified Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Yes they do. My friend is a small-time actor, and he will downright refuse any jobs that require him to shave his beard. That might be why he is a small-time actor....
Effit Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Price clearly not as his best today and still pitches an incredibly effective game. Exactly as advertised. If this is not his best, then the other team may as well not even bother to show up when he's actually on point.
glory Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Was close but no way they would reverse it I didn't see it but don't discount New York doing something stupid.
Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 They better let Lowe pitch the 9th he needs to get that first s*** outing behind him. I agree. Get him in now to clear his head.
Captain Adama Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Im working I wanna watch this game in full when I get home, but that first inning was f***ing electric.
TRM Verified Member Posted August 3, 2015 Author Posted August 3, 2015 119 pitches. I approve. CC in 2008 Regular Season: 97 122 110 106 124 109 103 114 130 96 117 106 113 99 105 108 122

The pen has been used a lot (the good relievers at least) so I don't mind stretching Price out a bit. Just no point going 130 pitches in a four run game. Hawk, Lowe, or Schultz can finish this.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 That might be why he is a small-time actor.... Yeah I tell him all the time that he's dumb for turning down roles but... Whatever. His choice.
bowld Verified Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Price was amazing today. So happy to have him here, even if its only 2 months Did you hear that crowd!!?
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Goins now requires lefty specialists LOL
jays76 Verified Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 I could see a Price signing if he's lights out down the stretch and gets us deep into the playoffs.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Goins now requires lefty specialists LOL Two lefties coming up
TRM Verified Member Posted August 3, 2015 Author Posted August 3, 2015 Plus he was unbelievable. CC use to be a beast. To clarify, this was just after he was traded to Milwaukee. And yeah, obviously...
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Plus he was unbelievable. CC use to be a beast. close to a hall of fame career
jays76 Verified Member Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 More sellouts please. That plus some decent playoff revenue might land Price long term.
