If the Yankees don't stop scoring a zillion runs every game, then no we won't catch them.

They stopped.. and now they gone.

I think he's using Dickey today now, Buehrle tomorrow vs Gray and then Dickey again on Sunday for the series finale against the Yanks vs Severino. Hutch would start against the Phillies next wk.

Really? I guess out of anyone Dickey is the one that can go on short rest

they've said already that Hutch gets the start vs the Yanks on Sunday due to his last start.....Dickey will be available on short rest though if things were to change.

Also, excellent thread title change. Go mods!

Lol I didn't even notice until you mentioned it. Such an appropriate change.

It's been an amazing turn of events for Dickey. Goes from a POS that we want out of the rotation to Cy Young numbers and a man who we want pushed up to face the Yankees in a key game.

If Stroman comes back strong the Jays suddenly added three "ace" pitchers in a matter of two months.

Seriously is it possible to love this team anymore right now??

And by if things were to change you mean if we were to drop a game or two and then had to rely on Hutch to close out the series. This series is so important that I think Hutch gets flipped out for Dickey even if we go 1-1, only way I see Hutch still starting is if we go 2-0 to open the series..

Im loving it and all the casual fans jumping back into interest mode after so long. This team is now very good and can go deep imo.

Ill enjoy this streak while it lasts but im curious to see what happens to the reinvigorated fans when we lose a few games. Lots of ball left and its a crazy game.

Loving the Jays chances tonight but nervous about game 2 & 3 (especially game 3 with Hutch). Anybody else feeling the same?

YEah I think the yanks take this series, Jays are bound to lose a few series before year is out, think the Yanks come in hungry. Still think we win the division.

I still think we win the series. I think we win tonight and set ourselves up for a series win either tomorrow or sunday. Definitely don't think we'll sweep tho

Nope its a rarity. Maybe one day you can explain what it's like to experience it often.

Do tell...explain a foulball? Or a balk? Heck...why not just explain a fielders choice?

Waaooooo!!!!!

Then there's the whole cats get diabeeteez drinking tap water?!
