What's concerning to me is that this is the same injury and it happened after it was fully healed. So this is going to be a long-term problem.

Dammit Travis! Why you no ask Bautista for "secret advancement of Canaidan medicine" drugs? I hope this won't be a reoccurring issue with him. Just take him and have him rest as long as needed. Goins, while clearly a downgrade, is better than injuring him further.

I almost wonder if he has a small fracture in his collar bone that was feeling good and near healthy, returned to games and after a week or so of abuse and torqueing on top of the rehab and working out it's back.

What worried me when he got back from his injury the first time, he is always standing away from the plate and reaches for every ball, it looks like it puts a lot of pressure on his upper body.

Sadly enough, he got injured on a foul ball which gives some juice to my theory.
