DickeyJohnsonWang Verified Member Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 Yeah Navarro-Cola is tough to see at 4-5 but at least we keep Smoak in there. And we only win this game with good pitching anyway so it's on Estrada to give us a chance
Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 Next series vs Yankees is: Nova, Tanaka, Severino. No Sabathia...ugh
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 Don't jinx it. Yanks beat Estrada in T.O. You're not really keen on sample sizes are you?
GD Old-Timey Member Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 You're not really keen on sample sizes are you? why do you keep responding
Ehjays Verified Member Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 My biggest concern still is Hutch I wish they would skip him with these off days
Followthelight Verified Member Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 My biggest concern still is Hutch I wish they would skip him with these off days Hutch has been awful, don;t expect much from him, hope he proves me wrong.
L54 Old-Timey Member Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 Don't jinx it. Yanks beat Estrada in T.O. f*** man, you gotta let your balls hang a little sometimes. Life is too short to walk around with your butt hole clenched all the time.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 Good reading http://www.sportsnet.ca/baseball/mlb/big-read-rick-langford-the-closer/
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 Next move. Donaldson + for Trout Gotta make room for Matt Dean
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 The Jays will have four of the next fifteen days off, and another three off in September. The Yankees only have four off-days for the rest of the season. Not really a big factor, but might play a small role, especially for players that are hurting right now, like Edwin.
LTR Verified Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Not sure if even Donaldson can fend off all the jinxing going on.
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Don't jinx it. Yanks beat Estrada in T.O. Like I said, we may never lose again ;s
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Jays are close to selling out 7 straight home games starting with the series against Yankees.
BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 So that's how many more seats over there average? With how many games to go ? How many realistically can they sell out from here?
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 So that's how many more seats over there average? With how many games to go ? How many realistically can they sell out from here? I think they're averaging 33K since the trades. I think you could see an average of 35-40K for the remaining games. Hopefully, all drunk on rum.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Not sure if even Donaldson can fend off all the jinxing going on. JD can fend off anything he wants. He's muthaf***ing Josh Donaldson
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Jays getting massive love on BTN
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Yankees will be looking for revenge next weekend. It's setting up to be crazy, but there are 3 games against the A's. I'd be happy with winning both series 2-1.

Frenchsoup Verified Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 I still feel like we have a score to settle with Baltimore...i dunno what do u guys think?
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 no time to be scared bro, time to claim our steak. Not scared at all, just pointing out how intense it'll be. Going 4-2 on the homestand might be enough to take over 1st place.
nextyear Verified Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 The best thing about watching the Blue Jays over the past couple of weeks is that they rarely make a defensive error any more. No longer do great pitching efforts get derailed by poor defensive plays.
LTR Verified Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 It's amazing how good this team has become now that Jose Reyes is not on it... talk about a galactically large hole being filled.
Frenchsoup Verified Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Danny Valencia coming in Toronto red hot. If he kills us the fans may riot. Hes coming for blood. I think Danny V is really sad about leaving t-dot

L54 Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 If he is its not showing in his play. What was he supposed to do, stop trying?
L54 Old-Timey Member Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 I miss Danny V, he was one of my favorites. Light tower power.
