KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2015 Posted July 24, 2015 Article on Devo stealing signs, i love this guy. This is the kind of baseball instincts that you can't really measure if he's helping the hitter out. http://www.fangraphs.com/community/devon-travis-sign-stealer-2/ Oh man... Baltimore fans are going to have a field day with this.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2015 Posted July 24, 2015 I chuckled too, somebody owning King felix. Hilarious! You've been trolled! Sucker!

Surprised Travis wasn't thrown at yesterday.

(Sharknado 3 came out two days ago) To make matters worse the Mariners have a league leading 19-4 record in that same timespan, the stats don't lie. RIP this series, hopefully we can salvage a game against Happ.

Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2015 Posted July 24, 2015 Not a meaningful chart.. and that movie is dumb. Movies are an form of art, and the art isn't stupid, it's just relative and abstract. Sharknado or The Human Centipede > The Shawshank Redemption

glory Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2015 Posted July 24, 2015 I really don't understand why. Option him to the minors for more work. We just got the back of the bullpen settled. Hes going to come in and start walking guys and f***ing it up. He'll be the 8th inning guy right away too, knowing Gibbons. It's asking for trouble.

TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2015 Posted July 24, 2015 Was that "That's ball bro"? "That's baseball bro". I'm fairly certain that picture is from this past Oakland series, when Travis was trolling the opposing pitcher and catcher by walking halfway up the third base line because Lawrie was playing so far off the bag. They stared him down because they were annoyed and that was his reaction.

It's a game, there are rules and there are no rules that say you can't do this.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2015 Posted July 24, 2015 cause Travis is a straight dope youngin' G

The inclusion of Ann Coulter in anything automatically induces vomiting and diarrhea, and since the Mariner's all watched the movie today (I have this on good authority, I'm a scout), they will be in no condition to play.
