No it's not really, is the inning partially on Price...yes. However, Goins f***up was inexcusable as well. It can't happen in the playoffs. That was the first out. Assuming the rest of the inning went the same, then Morales grounds out scoring the first run instead of the 2nd. That makes two out. The ump clearly blew a strike 3 call to Moustakas and the inning would've been over with just one run!!! No one would be complaining about Price then!! Yeah Price didn't do well, but he was also a victim of a dumbass play and a blind umpire.
