King Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 I like jaysfan2014. One of my favorite posters!
BTS Community Moderator Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 He seems like a nice dude, at least he doesn't lash out at people like 61Cj or whatever his name was I'm fairly certain that he's of dangerously poor mental health.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 I like jaysfan2014. One of my favorite posters! Me too actually lol, very likeable guy! I'm fairly certain that he's of dangerously poor mental health. I have no idea what's wrong with him, that meltdown yesterday was equal to what we were seeing with dogg lol
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 It's actually entertaining when some posters reply to his posts. To his credit, I don't think he's ever rude to anyone unlike several other posters.
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 In fact, let's all thank jaysfan2004/raysjays/digiblader/etc for keeping us updated on the upcoming demise of both the Red Sox and Yanks. Hopefully, High85 will come back to keep us updated on the demise of the Blue Jays and how horrible an owner Rogers is.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 I made it in a couple days ago. King is trying again. You did??? hol up let me try
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 There needs to be more heated action in baseball. Meaningful chirping, chin music, HBPs, etc. As much as I hate McCann I'm glad he kept starting issues with players for taking too long to watch homers. Gomez vs. McCann was incredible. Gomez vs. Gerritt Cole was hilarious too lol. My favourite Bautista moment has to be him vs. Ivan Nova in the 54 hr season loooool Bautista was such an ******* for that.

fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 Bautista was such an ******* for that. No he's not. We need him to be like that man, baseball is such a pussy sport nowadays. I liked the old redsox/yankees days because everytime they got together s*** would pop. Now Ortiz is cracking jokes with Ellesburry in CF what kind of s*** is that?
King Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 You did??? hol up let me try I got rejected.

I have no problem with Bautista chirping O'Day or talking s*** to Danks. I don't care that he threw all his equipment on the field when he was pissed at the ump. I don't even have a problem with him spazzing at Nova, but in that event, it was just stupid and baseless on his part. If I remember correctly, that was a tie game and it was Nova's first big league start. There was no way he was throwing at him intentionally, Bautista just looked like an ******* superstar trying to bow up to a rookie because he can.

Frankly, he came off like a punk bitch there. Reminds me of kids in elementary school that would drop the floor in agony anytime you tapped them on the arm during a basketball game to try and sell a foul.

TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 The ump warned the benches so he had right to think it was intentional The ump warned the benches after the fact, and the ump was a dumbass in that instance as well anyway. Buck's commentary in that play was on point. All of that said, I still think the retaliation homer was awesome, and it's still one of my more vivid Bautista memories.

IIRC the ump actually warned the dugouts right after the pitch, so that might have contributed to Bautista's gut reaction that it was intentional. The ump certainly had the sense that it was on purpose. And then Nova sort of chirping back in a "what are you gonna do about it" demeanor might have escalated the situation. I don't really see much to criticize on Bautista's behalf.

o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 What's more improbable or crazy, Andrelton pulling off this play or doing it right after that specific flashback on the broadcast? https://streamable.com/gcl5 sweet play.... range, arm, pick at the back end by Freeman... pretty baseball.

HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 Blue Jays home opener still has the reputation as a 50,000 St. Patrick's Party http://www.thestar.com/sports/bluejays/2015/04/12/blue-jays-home-opener-50000-person-st-patricks-party.html Part of the reason why I haven't gone two straight years. I remember my first home opener was Jason Kubel's MLB debut and we serenaded him with "Qball" chants. Doubt you'd see that now.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 Used a VPN and got rejected I'd like to think the admins are just blanket banning everyone including legitimate O's fans. Only hurts them in the end

jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 Hendo's in worse trouble than we think.. could be a shoulder issue, which is MUCH worse than an elbow injury.
