The only logical theory I can think of is that the butthurt Orioles fan base developed a seething hatred for the Jays between 2010 and 2011, when the Jays trashed them to the tune of a 27-9 record over those two years. Seeing as how zero of them are over the Cito thing that happened 20 years ago, it seems pretty likely that the distaste of being stomped for two years has probably carried over, and it's further evolved with all of the additional butthurt they've developed over Bautista and Edwin apparently being on PEDs (ironic), the Jays stealing signs in every stadium they go to, and Lawrie being a douchebag that is clearly still employed by the team.

When you go 15-3 in the season series against a division rival, and you're already used to being a whiny bitch that has a hard time getting over things, you'll probably look for excuses like "Roidtista" or "Man in White" to help fill the very obvious hole in your soul.

I seriously think that the above image of Donaldson and Machado is an absolutely brilliant depiction of the Jays and the O's. Here I am going about my business, not realizing that you exist, and oh wait, there you are inexplicably throwing the most overacted tantrum for the most petty baby back ******** fathomable.

Donaldson didn't even look at Machado until Machado flipped his s*** and created a scene, at which point Donaldson simply stood there and laughed in disbelief/confusion over whatever the f*** was going on.

Chris Davis, fully clean 100% though. Cruz too. Positive test was just an error.

All this "classless" stuff is extra funny when the O's employ the biggest douchebag in baseball at 3rd base.

Just Hoffman ain't gonna get it done.

Thank you, random front office employee.

If you're owner is offered Hoffman and declines he's an absolute moron. There's no way that I would ever give Hoffman up for Duquette. I'm afraid Rogers might be dumb enough to offer Hoffman. I hope your owner is equally moronic and declines.

A few things:

- Reading through this thread for news and seeing 5 pages of people responding to a Baltimore troll that isn't even subtle about it is disappointing.

- Dan Norris is annoying.

- Dan Duquette almost certainly isn't worth this circus.

- I'm getting more and more concerned that Ed Rogers is going to do something stupid.

From the sounds of it the Jays have already agreed on Hoffman and we just want more. Maybe they'll end up settling on just Hoffman but it never hurts to try to get more.

The Orioles used to be one of the MLB leaders in attendance before the long string of losing seasons. Oh, and there's another MLB team 30 minutes away. The Blue Jays are the only baseball team in THE ENTIRE COUNTRY! and the O's still had a higher attendance.

I'd probably agree with you if it was a different situation, but I think most people aren't actually targeting the troll himself, we just understand that half the O's board is currently viewing this thread and we're taking advantage of the opportunity the troll has given us to talk s*** to them indirectly. It fits, because he pretty much represents all of their general beliefs.

It's less ganging up on someone who's asking for it and more burning the guy in the middle of the town square to be made an example of.

Dan Connolly is Baltimore's Mike Wilner. He doesn't deserve recognition.

So did Toronto breaking 4 million 3 years straight In a city called Toronto, you do realize the size of the COUNTRY right?

Duquette was asked about his situation at the Boston BBWAA dinner tonight. His response: "Not today. It's not something I can talk about."

lmfao, O's fans have to be fuming about this whole thing. Regardless of what happens, they have to live with the fact that Duq clearly wants nothing to do with them.

It's like that clingy freak that'll do anything to hang on for dear life, and when the person finally breaks down and submits, they'll still be upset knowing the person wanted out.

Duquette: Alright, we couldn't work out a deal, I'm staying. I'm still here.

O's fans: "BUT YOU DON'T LOVE US ANYMORE! WHY DON'T YOU LOVE US? LOVE US! LOVE US! WHY DON'T YOU LOVE US?"

Yes I do. I'm assuming most Canadian baseball fans outside of Toronto are Blue Jays fans, and would make the trip to Toronto to see the team play.

Why would we be fuming? Either we keep DD or we get a top prospect. I'm happy either way.

Baseball is not relevant in many places outside of Toronto except for the west... they certainly aren't driving over.

Again, not a word from Rosenthal yet. It's columnists from Toronto and Baltimore regurgitating Buster freakin' Olney's speculation.

If Hoffman (or any top prospect for that matter) is traded for DD, then I'm not making the trek down to Toronto to see them Opening Night like I planned to. They don't deserve any money if they do something that stupid.
