eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 Gose just needs to put the ball in play in any way that he can. Be like Juan Pierre.

guylaroche5 Verified Member Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 If Navarro was working at a taco stand, I'd be worried he wouldn't be for enough to make my burrito. Yet he's making millions in pro ball. wot
comeon sense Verified Member Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 Gose's speed such a huge factor! Makes him way more dangerous.
RIPEXPOS Verified Member Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 If Navarro was working at a taco stand, I'd be worried he wouldn't be fit enough to make my burrito. Yet he's making millions in pro ball. I actually got into a discussion about this the other day. He actually has talent- he just doesn't do any off the diamond work. If he had a workethic he'd be really good.

Rajais Mitten Verified Member Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 The amount of HR's ortiz would have if he played for this team my goodness
comeon sense Verified Member Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 Now if only he could hit (or bunt) He,d be scary, but he will learn.
pickoff22 Verified Member Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 Well this is just great. I've had a few bourbons and now all I can think of is a Navarro-made burrito. Thanks moogy
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 Well, Ortiz just passed Dunn in active HRs.. and now is tied with A-Rod in HRs at Skydome/Rogers Centre. Unlike Dunn, Ortiz still has plenty of time to keep climbing the HR all-time list. Dunn is likely to retire at season's end.
