Jays go years without bunting because they didn't want to give away outs. Now they seem to bunt as often as they can and it fails miserably 99% of the time. Bunting at the right moment is fine and a good way to manufacture runs IF you have the guys who can lay down a bunt which let's face it the Jays really don't, and you don't bunt with a guy who can't move slower on the base paths if he was in a cast.
