Do you receive an allocation of tickets or just buy them off the home team website? And finally do you ever get any trouble for being an away fan amongst the home fans?

The reason you see Jays fans at nearly every stadium is because any Canadian that lives in those cities will buy a ticket. Jays are Canada's team, especially since the Expos moved. As to you last question, baseball isn't nearly as fan crazy soccer hooligans like in england where you can get stabbed for rooting for Everton at a Man U game The odd drunk might give you a hard time, but for the most part "trouble" doesn't show up at baseball games
1878NHLYR Verified Member Posted June 21, 2014 Author Posted June 21, 2014 Cheers for that maahface so the Jays are popular through Canada then? Things have changed here now, not much trouble these days since they clamped down and started putting people in prison for it, you'd still get a lot of abuse if you sat in with home fans though.

I get all my away tickets off StubHub or another site....wherever the tickets are cheapest. I've never got in trouble at a game. But then again I rarely wear either teams gear when at the games. (Eg. if I'm in Pittsburgh and they're playing the Cardinals, I may be wearing an Angels or Astros jersey.

admin Site Manager Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 If stupid MLB didn't put Jays in Minni in May it would have been huge as well. Saw Jays fans every where when I went a couple years ago.
