theblujay Verified Member Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 Rasmus had two years with a 130 wRC+ and three years around 90. Gose has been around the low to mid 80s. If its the first Rasmus, then we want him. If its the second, we want Gose.

saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 Dickey was Dickey tonight....sucked...did some good...then s*** the bed and left the bases loaded for the bullpen ( seems like every start). He was inconsistent. It was a decent result but overall some bad pitching it wasn't bad pitching...you guys are ridiculous. He gave up 2 runs. He got a crap call and the baseball gods righted the umps ******** call and McGowan got him out of it. Dickey had a rough start and he did what a quality pitcher does...he righted himself and made the best of it and only gave up 2 runs, pitched into the 6th and is in line for the win. Some of you are so horny about prospects that you are convinced D'arnaud and Synder will be all stars....well D'arnaud just got sent to the minors and Synder is hurt and hasn't thrown a pitch in the bigs. As much as Dickey hasn't been as good as we had hoped, D'arnaud certainly hasn't been as good as the mets would have hoped either. We got Dickey because we were able to sign him for 3 years plus an option for 10 mil per season.
