Thanks. I got Ray and a 1st round pick for Romano and a 2nd. Happy with the trade.

Nice. You won both sides of the trade

I guess I'll slap one in here... Masyn Winn and Owen White for Adames? Yay or Nay?

Oops... 20 team Dynasty, what say you?

seems lite for adames

Does it really, I felt it was a little heavy, with a 3rd but I had zero f***s about a 3rd.

I was thinking I should, cause I really need to upgrade at SS.

I don’t see why the side losing Adames would do this

So, I have to protect one of these players and it doesn't matter if it's a pitcher or position player. Just one of: Bellinger, Noelvi Marte, Tovar, Pearson or Tylor McGill. They all have upside but there's a lot of question marks with them as well, so it's hard to choose between them.

I’d probably roll the dice on Marte

Do you need a bat or pitching?

Tylor Megill likely will be in the rotation next season, pitches in a nice pitchers park, and has some solid upside. He could put together a breakout season with the Mets. Megill is a safer bet than Pearson IMO.

If you need some MI help, Noelvi Marte can be a nice bat at SS. I still like Bellinger as well and think he can rebound somewhat especially with a change of scenery, though it's always easier to find a 1B/OF bat than a young SS.

Wow what a steal.

I have Witt Jr, Gunnar Henderson, and Tim Anderson for SS. I also have Julio Rodriguez, Eloy Jimenez, and Michael Harris II for the 3 outfield positions. So I'm leaning towards McGill. But I still find it hard to drop Bellinger.

It's a 12 team league and we can only protect 20 players before the draft.

12 teamer its easily Marte or maybe Tovar depending on your perception of those two

Bellinger has no roster relevance in a shallow 12 teamer

edit - after seeing your above post keep Marte. Tovar is an elite defender and won't move off SS. Marte is likely a 3B/SS at least for the first years before being a 3B exclusively.

Can you trade these guys?

I guess Marte is the keeper especially if your team is not going to compete in 2023. But he is probably in the minors all 2023 so not a great keep.

I offered all these players for a trade. It would've made my decision easier, but I didn't get one offer.

Yeah Bellinger isn't keeper worthy in a 12-team league. You can make the case in a 20-team or 30-team league using a final keeper spot on him.

If you have an NA slot where you can stash Marte, that's even better.

16 Team points league Dynasty. Not considering positional eligibility for the league as shown below, which one do you prefer going fwd?

I am very deep in CF, so one of those might be part of a Riley Greene return.

Jazz Chisholm- 2b (Are you worried about his knee injury, or injuries with him in general?)

Jeremy Pena- SS

Thanks

Chisholm higher ceiling, Pena higher floor would be the conventional assessment. Although, personally I think Pena's ceiling is just as high as Chisholm's.

Maybe the way to approach it - if you have a good team already, Pena. If your team sucks and needs breakout elite contributors, Chisholm.

You want Chisholm but both are great and Riley Greene might suck

Haha. Yeah, it's a tough call. Painter, Harrison, and Tiedemann all made it to AA last year. Are they all likely to debut at some point in 2023? From my limited knowledge, AA is the biggest test in the minors and they all pitched well.

Take the three guys who have pitched in the majors already

Painter/Harrison/Tiedemann best case scenario is turning into Lodolo or Baz

One in the hand is worth two in the bush

Of the three prospects I’d rank them

Painter

Tiedemann

Harrison
