Carlos Danger Old-Timey Member Posted November 20, 2020 Posted November 20, 2020 First side easy if I’m reading that right. 1-2 is Austin Martin or Tork? Rodriguez is a stud, Houck and Hankins are relievers How about this one? Greyson Rodriguez, Adams and Perdomo (SS Ariz) for Sandy Alcantra, Shane Baz and Tanner Houck? Thanks!
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted November 20, 2020 Posted November 20, 2020 Lindor Kelenic, Vaughn, Carlson This
Carlos Danger Old-Timey Member Posted November 20, 2020 Posted November 20, 2020 Just curious why you guys favor Lindor over TT? Thanks!
Laika Community Moderator Posted November 20, 2020 Posted November 20, 2020 Just curious why you guys favor Lindor over TT? Thanks! better pure hitter, typically better in HR/RBI/R. TT more of a SB pony. In a 5x5 you might take TT.

Laika Community Moderator Posted November 20, 2020 Posted November 20, 2020 Thanks! Did you see post 512? Would be curious your opinion on that also? Thanks! Seems fair enough. Alcantara side is a bit safer because he is not a prospect but Rodriguez has the highest upside in the deal. Baz and Perdomo are a wash. Adams and Houck are irrelevant IMO but someone's personal preferences might disagree. I'd probably still take the GrayRod side. I also like Perdomo.

CD loves himself some Houck and Baz, I'm sure he's on the side of acquiring those guys.

More like I love me some Sandy, like Houck and Baz is just a more moveable/valuable asset to acquire someone else I might be loving on.

Carlos Danger Old-Timey Member Posted November 24, 2020 Posted November 24, 2020 Need some more help guys. I have pick #2 in a disbursement draft. Yelich is going #1, so right now pick #2 could be Corey Seager, or one of Glasnow, Scherzer, Strasburg, Kershaw, Maeda, Merrifield, Eugene Suarez, to name a few. Another owner really wants my pick. This is a Dynasty league HTH with contracts same league and scoring as previous posts. I am debating if I should take one of the above players with pick #2 Or ask him for one of Springer or Ian Happ for CF, I don't have a CF on my roster (pick one?). Dynasty where you have FAAB and need to sign contracts 31/32 vs 26/27..? Plus, one or two of his young guys. I need help ranking a package Gavin Lux Carter Kieboom Vidal Brujan Luis Campusano San Huff Seth Beer Josh Jong Travis Swaggerty Thanks!!
Laika Community Moderator Posted November 24, 2020 Posted November 24, 2020 You should probably just take Seager but I guess if he would do say Springer + 2 of Lux/Brujan/Kieboom the value could be there, depending on exactly how the contracts work.

Thank you. Is the order you wrote the +2 three guys plus Springer the order you rank them or was it just random?
BTS Community Moderator Posted November 24, 2020 Posted November 24, 2020 I agree with laika. Springer + Lux/Brujan would be ideal. If you can't make a trade, Seager is the obvious pick.
Laika Community Moderator Posted November 24, 2020 Posted November 24, 2020 Thank you. Is the order you wrote the +2 three guys plus Springer the order you rank them or was it just random? Yeah they are in order. Not even sure I would want Kieboom tbh (red flags!).

Thanks! What about the fact that both are only 2b in Fantrax and projected to be 2b in MLB I think, correct? Flip one or?
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted November 24, 2020 Posted November 24, 2020 Thanks! What about the fact that both are only 2b in Fantrax and projected to be 2b in MLB I think, correct? Flip one or? The expectation is Brujan will play all over the diamond. Rays had him playing SS last year's AFL, and he's played a fair bit of CF.

For some reason I recalled you being a coinsure of all things Vidal If you have him on your roster, he will win you the steals category most weeks. 80 grade wheels and expected high OBP.
Carlos Danger Old-Timey Member Posted November 28, 2020 Posted November 28, 2020 Pretty sure I know the answer here. Still would like to bounce it off the board. 1. Corey Seager for Woodruff SP and Lamet SP. 2. Cory Seager for one (1) of either Tyler Glasnow, Kenta Maeda, Stratzburg, Scherzer or Kershaw, plus John Means and Sean Murphy. So 1 of the Aces, John Means and Murphy Need quick turnaround if possible. Thanks!

These trades usually in the consolidators (whoever gets Seager) favour.

It has contracts but those are not a major factor in these two trades. Thanks!
Carlos Danger Old-Timey Member Posted December 7, 2020 Posted December 7, 2020 Dynasty with LF/CF/RF Do you do this trade and which side would you rather be. No time lines, just making your team better and sustainable. May Meyer and Garret Mitchell for Trevor Larnach and Riley Greene. Thanks

Carlos Danger Old-Timey Member Posted December 7, 2020 Posted December 7, 2020 Larnach and Greene side easy for me Thanks Jim. Anyone else?
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted December 7, 2020 Posted December 7, 2020 (edited) Thanks Jim. Anyone else? Hmm... that's subjective. This trade seems linear, either way, honestly. I'd rather Mitchell and Meyer. Edited December 7, 2020 by Spanky99
Carlos Danger Old-Timey Member Posted December 8, 2020 Posted December 8, 2020 I have some more for you all. Both Dynasty HTH leagues which have RF/CF/LF No OF spot. To play LF, CF, RF, you have to be specifically that position. 1. Corey Seager SS, Max Kepler, RF for Dansby Swanson SS , Teo Hernandez RF/LF and Renato Nunez 1b Another league same parameters as above: No SLG% Pitchers must be SP or RP for slot. 2. Bobby Dalbec 1B and Ty France 2B for Nick Solak CF/LF/2B and Tejay Anotone SP/RP Thanks

I probably lean Solak/Antone in the second one, but I feel like you'll be lucky any of those guys are top-200 players next year.

You think Kepler will bounce back and be better then Teo? Thanks!
