Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2014 Author Posted May 14, 2014 Also Jenkins optioned to AAA.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 Jenkins also down to make room for Wagner Good call
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 Just the daily roster juggle, that's all http://akidsheart.com/pics5z/aniclown.gif
BabbaGanoush Verified Member Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 Finnaly, some decent moves. Now just replace pillar with gose.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 Must suck for Jenkins/Kratz to constantly have to pass through Hamilton every week.
Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 Finnaly, some decent moves. Now just replace pillar with gose. I kind of prefer Pillar. He can (supposedly) hit lefties so in addition to being the backup OF he can platoon at DH with Lind.
flafson Verified Member Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 I hope everything ok with Navarro, anyone got anymore info about him?
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2014 Author Posted May 14, 2014 Smooth criminal Michael Jackson or Alien Ant Farm????

Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 Don't understand why Navarro has been seeing any playing time over the last 2 weeks... Also, do we lead the league in roster moves?
guylaroche5 Verified Member Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 holy f***, decent roster moves. i can't wait for jenkins to come back in 3 days

If Rasmus goes on the DL, I would definitely want Pillar on the team, in addition to Gose. Creates a pretty solid platoon in cf but if Rasmus will be back in a few days, I wold rather go with Gose. Exceptional defence.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 Michael Jackson or Alien Ant Farm???? Alien Ant Farm. I liked the monkey.
scottishbluejay Verified Member Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 Hope all is well with his family. Got a soft spot for Navarro.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 Hope all is well with his family. Got a soft spot for Navarro. pretty sure navarro has enough soft spots as it is.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 I hope everything ok with Navarro, anyone got anymore info about him? Notjing has been said. usually a death in the family for these things.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 Pillar getting a lot of love on this board the last few days. Are we watching the same player out there? I get it that he can hit minor league pitching... but so far he's looked completely overmatched (albeit in a small sample) against MLB pitching. Gose has at least shown glimpses of being able to stick in the bigs. His D is a sure thing. What does Pillar provide that is a sure thing?
jayswin11 Verified Member Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 Gose should be up playing CF for us right now.

KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 Gose is the better option for everyday play but Pillar because he's right-handed fills a reserve role well. It was a little odd to call up Pillar as a fill in for Rasmus but if the plan is to transition him to the Sierra role it makes sense.
SantosLHalper21 Verified Member Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 They can't recall Gose because it hasn't been 15 days since his last demotion. Its why Jenkins was recalled for Wagner instead of Wagner being called up. Once those 15 days are up, Gose should be recalled and staying in Toronto. They need his D and speed on the bases far more than having a righty to matchup against a lefty.

Leave Gose in triple a to try and figure it all out! Mastro please!

He eventually figured out every level he has seen. He has looked pretty bad, but I want to see him after the nerves calm down and he gets some reps.
