PLUS Mastro seems to be a better fit as a platoon partner for Colby right now!

I'm getting sick of the roster management here. Jenkins should just be flat out released. The guy is barely even AAA fodder. Diaz has value as a late inning defensive replacement, but is abysmal at just about everything else.

This is getting stupid, AA really needs to stop bouncing useless players back and forth between Buffalo. Clearly there is no solid option at 2B so I'd rather see Kawasaki or Goins than any of the others.

I just point it out because I think it's a common mentality on here and it may keep this board from expanding. Some people express opinions on here as facts and that gets annoying, it cuts off discussion even though in truth it's an opinion just based on a different series of facts. I've started to put those types on ignore. When someone on here wins 5 world series in a row then I will believe they know everything, not until then. In the mean time we should try to afford more respect to everyone.

I have no problem if people disagree on issues or talking points on this team! But to just dismiss others opinions as wrong and not give any reason other then your dumb or your wrong does nothing to encourage debate here!Case in point the fan boys clamour for Gose yet he can't hit with any more certainty then Goins did and may even hit worse.I gave several reasons as to why I feel Mastro is a better option at this time! All the advanced stats and all the best players still do not mean you will win the game when it is played. Time and time again it has been proven in sport that the best team stat wise or player wise guarantee's a championship! Thought it certainly will help! What one must always remember is none of our options matter anyways as Rogers, AA and Beeston still over rule us anyways in the end! So sit back,fasten your seat belts as this ride is gonna get bumpy! There's a stat you can bank on! Lol So cheer this team on good or bad they are our Jays and why you became a fan of them. And if you must, Drink plenty of Rum!

That's really dumb of the FO.

 

Even if they view him as the 3rd best Catcher, that's not how they should see it. They should see him as a much needed platoon partner for Lind. The fact that he can play C is only a bonus that shouldn't be looked at as a detriment because we already have 2 Catchers on the roster.
