Lind battled this injury in the past but it didn't bother him at last season. Said it would be a "miracle" if it's better Wed.

I don't think it's that bad. You have Francisco sitting in AAA and he could be a great find...... like a Latino Lind.

Lind said his back has been hurting for 4 days now...he's 5 for 8 with 3 walks over the last 4 days! I think Lind deals with treatment for his back more than we know throughout the year. Hopefully a couple days off will be all he needs...but a DL stint wouldn't be the end of the world. I don't think he will be out of the lineup that long.

I wonder how much K. Morales is asking for, he would add depth to our bench and spot start or fill for any injuries to Lind or EE. Hell, we could even let EE play a little 3B if ever needed. Not sure on the dollars though, but I like bringing in a power hitter that has a decent obp. Yankees survived last year slotting in pretty mediocre veterans like Wells and Overbay.

Well I agree with the calling up Gose part but not to play LF for Melky. It should be to play CF for Rasmus if the later needs more time for his hamstring.
